We continue to celebrate the first full year that Cardmarket Insight covers all games! Let us know your favorite cards for spring, and you can win exclusive sleeves and playmats featuring Pablo, the delivery dragon!

Spring officially started in the northern hemisphere a few weeks ago. The weather is finally starting to match the season too. And now you can win the merch to match! Pablo, the delivery dragon, Cardmarket's unofficial mascot, is back on Dragon Shield sleeves, this time enjoying spring. We also got playmats from Custom Playmat for you that show Pablo throughout all four seasons, illustrated by the inimitable Fernando Lobo Andrews.

All you have to do is enter the top three cards you associate the most with spring into the form below. Which cards would look perfect in these sleeves? Whether it's flora or fauna, blossoms in early bloom or the buds before that, bees and birds getting busy, bunnies or eggs or lambs for Easter—a lot of things are commonly associated with the spring awakening of nature. You can also pick a location/plane/planet where you'd like to spend a spring break vacation, for example, or a character you'd like to spend it with. The options are many, and you can get creative. For some of our most popular games, you may indeed have to get a little creative.

You can give us your answers for any one, any combination, or all of these seven games:
Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, Flesh and Blood
You can submit and resubmit up to three cards per game as often as you wish, but only your latest submission per game received by April 24 counts. (If you want to submit answers for an additional game later, you don't have to enter all your answers for the others again.)
Such submissions count both for the statistic and for the winner selection: For each of your cards that ends up among the top three in the overall ranking for its game, you are entered once into a randomized drawing for the prizes.

For example, if two of your Magic picks, one of your Pokémon picks, and one of your Lorcana picks are among the top three most common picks across all final submissions for Magic, Pokémon, and Lorcana, you have a chance to win that is four times as high as someone whose submission only matches one out of the top three Pokémon picks. But anyone who gets at least one pick "correct" can win. Good luck!

Conditions of Participation and Privacy Policy for the Pablo Springtime Contest of Sammelkartenmarkt GmbH & Co. KG

§ 1 Subject matter

(1) These terms and conditions of participation and data protection information govern the participation in the contest of Sammelkartenmarkt GmbH & Co. KG, Nordkapstr. 4, 10439 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer") as well as the collection and use of data collected from or communicated by participants.

(2) By participating in the contest participants accept these conditions of participation.

§ 2 Conditions of participation

(1) The participation period begins on April 17, 2025, at 5:00 CEST and ends on April 24, 2025, at 23:59 CEST.

(2) Every valid Cardmarket account is eligible to participate. Such an account can be opened free of charge at www.cardmarket.com. Excluded are accounts held by employees of the organizer as well as employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in the creation or execution of the contest.

(3) Every eligible Cardmarket account under whose username the survey available at https://insight.cardmarket.com/en/Insight/Articles/springtime-spirit and https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/M637KPZ is submitted during the participation period automatically participates in the contest. For each username only the latest set of entries submitted for each of the seven games (Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, Flesh and Blood) shall be considered.

(4) Any other registration or application to participate is neither required nor possible. In particular, tickets submitted through the organizer's support system cannot be considered.

§ 3 Processing, payment, notification, publication of winner data

(1) Following the conclusion of the participation period, the organizer shall determine the three mechanically different cards most frequently submitted for each of the seven games (Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, Flesh and Blood) based on all the latest sets of entries submitted per username for this game. Each mechanically different card from each latest set of entries submitted under a username for a game that corresponds to one of the three mechanically different cards most frequently submitted for this game shall be entered into a randomized drawing to determine 40 winners, with redraws as necessary to avoid multiple entries from the same username are drawn.

(2) Winners selected in this manner shall each receive one single-player playmat. Each winner shall further receive one pack of 100 standard-sized sleeves or, if the entry drawn for their username is a Yu-Gi-Oh! card, two packs of 60 Japanese-sized sleeves. Sample images of the designs for the playmats and sleeves are available at https://insight.cardmarket.com/en/Insight/Articles/springtime-spirit but aren't final, and finished products may differ.

(3) Each prize shall be shipped to the primary shipping address a winner has listed on their Cardmarket account within three months of the conclusion of the participation period. Winners shall be notified of shipping status updates via email to the email address connected to their Cardmarket account.

(4) Payment of any prize in cash, in kind, its exchange or transfer to other persons or accounts is not possible.

(5) The organizer may identify winners by username on the organizer's website and/or on the organizer's social media channels.

§ 4 Exclusion from the competition

The organizer may exclude from the competition certain participants who violate these conditions of participation or who attempt to influence the competition or the draw with the help of technical manipulation without notice or explanation. In such a case, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

§ 5 Exclusion of warranty

The organizer points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.

§ 6 Liability

(1) The following exclusions and limitations of liability shall apply to the liability of the organizer for damages, irrespective of any other legal obligations regarding claims.

(2) The organizer shall be liable without limitation insofar as the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.

(3) Furthermore, the organizer shall be liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations the fulfillment of which is essential to the proper implementation of the competition and on the compliance with which the contractual partners regularly rely. In this case, however, the organizer shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The organizer shall not be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those specified previously.

(4) The above limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb, or health, for a defect following the assumption of guarantees regarding the quality of a product, and in the event of fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

(5) Insofar as the liability of the organizer is excluded or limited, this shall also apply to the personal liability of employees, representatives, and vicarious agents of the organizer.

§ 7 Data protection information

(1) The organizer collects and uses the data of the participants only insofar as this is legally permitted or the participants consent to it.

(2) The organizer collects the following data from participants and uses the data for the design, implementation, and execution of the competition: username, IP addresses, and optional entries for up to seven games. To facilitate winner notification and shipping of prizes, the organizer also relies on data participants have submitted to the organizer's website unrelated to the competition.

(3) Upon request in writing or any text form, participants can at any time receive from the organizer information about personal data stored by the organizer, can request correction and deletion, and can revoke consent to data use.
