What's New at Cardmarket? (4/2026)

The Cardmarket team is working on something all the time. There always are card sets to add and bugs to fix, there's help to give and plenty to improve. Read this article to learn more about various updates, big and small, that happened in April!

(No) Update (Yet) on Further Games

We want to make an exception here and use this space to address a topic that is not new at all. On the contrary, since its inception, Cardmarket has always received a lot of messages about adding more games to the platform. The number of such requests ebbs and flows, and what is in demand changes over time, but the demand for more games is eternal. And we'd like to thank you for this! We love to hear from the community, and the vigor of some of your comments really shows how important Cardmarket is to the TCG world. Not least, telling us which games you want to see is valuable input.

When it comes to adding more games, community feedback is not the only factor we have to consider. We take it to heart, but we also take into account aggregate insight from sellers and distributors. Another important factor are resource availabilities and costs: An additional game requires additional infrastructure, additional expertise, and keeping up with additional releases. Meanwhile, we need to pay attention to our constantly growing userbase and to an influx of cards that's already accelerating across our current games. We're always improving our systems so they run more smoothly. We're always working on new features (and old features) so Cardmarket is as easy to use as possible. We always hire more and more customer support agents. (See below.)

The choice is never between adding a game and not adding a game but between a multitude of options to make Cardmarket better. It's a tough call, because any decision will only ever make some people happier. As such, we cannot yet say when we will add more games, but we do have a team working on it. Please understand that we wait to announce exact plans until we are sure that any promise we make is a promise we keep. Thank you!

April was another busy month for our games specialists. They completed a bunch of new releases with more than 2,900 cards across six games:

Older Stuff New on Cardmarket

However, our catalog doesn't just grow with new releases. To have the most comprehensive inventory, we constantly add older sets that were missing from Cardmarket as well. In April our games specialists caught up with six Pokémon releases, accounting for another 462 cards.
