Every workday while the set is new, Insight is taking a quick look at another deck featuring cards from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. Sometimes a set gives birth to a fresh Standard archetype through the combination of old and new material. Other times a functional deck comes pretty much prepackaged within the set's bounds.

In a Kamigawa environment where the futuristic feeling takes center stage in the promotional material, this is a deck that definitely looks at the past, in more ways than one.
