The fine folks at Gatherers' Tavern have once again partnered with Wizards of the Coast to create official Magic accessories. And they have partnered with Cardmarket so we can give some of them away for free to our users!

The Domaru line of deck boxes comes in five designs, each named after one of the five new Spirit Dragons currently taking the world of Tarkir: Dragonstorm by, well, storm. is the face of the white-black-green Abzan Houses, leads the blue-red-white Jeskai Way, is the highest authority for the black-green-blue Sultai Brood, commands the red-white-black Mardu Horde, and is at the very forefront of the green-blue-red Temur Frontier. These Dragons are known to be tough, useful for a variety of decks, beautiful to behold, and fierce protectors—and of course so are their deck boxes! Here are some more details on the boxes:

Conditions of Participation and Privacy Policy for the Domaru Deck Box Giveaway of Sammelkartenmarkt GmbH & Co. KG

§ 1 Subject matter

(1) These terms and conditions of participation and data protection information govern the participation in the giveaway of Sammelkartenmarkt GmbH & Co. KG, Nordkapstr. 4, 10439 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer") as well as the collection and use of data collected from or communicated by participants.

(2) By participating in the giveaway participants accept these conditions of participation.

§ 2 Conditions of participation

(1) The participation period begins on April 11, 2025, at 11:00 CEST and ends on April 14, 2025, at 23:59 CEST.

(2) Every person with a valid Cardmarket account is eligible to participate. Such an account can be opened free of charge at www.cardmarket.com. Excluded are accounts held by employees of the organizer as well as employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in the creation or execution of the giveaway.

(3) Every eligible person who replies to the giveaway announcement posts available at https://bsky.app/profile/magic.cardmarket.com, https://www.instagram.com/cardmarket_magic, https://www.facebook.com/CardmarketMagic, and https://x.com/CardmarketMagic and every eligible person who has a comment posted under the exact email address connected to their Cardmarket account on https://insight.cardmarket.com/en/Insight/Articles/gatherers-tavern-tarkir-giveaway during the participation period automatically participates in the giveaway, provided the comment clearly identifies one choice between Abzan, Jeskai, Mardu, Sultai, or Temur. For each platform, a maximum of one comment per user is eligible. Additional comments do not increase a participant's chance of winning.

(4) Any further registration or application to participate is not required.

§ 3 Processing, payment, notification, publication of winner data

(1) Following the conclusion of the participation period, a randomized drawing among all such submissions shall determine the winner of one set of five Gatherers' Tavern Domaru deck boxes. Five randomized drawings among remaining participants, one per each of https://bsky.app/profile/magic.cardmarket.com, https://www.instagram.com/cardmarket_magic, https://www.facebook.com/CardmarketMagic, https://x.com/CardmarketMagic, and https://insight.cardmarket.com/en/Insight/Articles/gatherers-tavern-tarkir-giveaway, performed in any order at the organizer's sole discretion, shall determine the winners of one Gatherers' Tavern Betor, Shiko, Teval, Neriv, and Ureni Domaru deck box, with each winner receiving the deck box that matches their submission of Abzan, Jeskai, Mardu, Sultai, or Temur. In case a winner is selected in this manner whose submission doesn't match one of the remaining deck boxes, another winner shall be drawn at random among remaining participants on the respective platform, repeated as necessary until a winner's submission matches one of the remaining deck boxes.

(2) Winners selected in this manner via https://bsky.app/profile/magic.cardmarket.com, https://www.instagram.com/cardmarket_magic, https://www.facebook.com/CardmarketMagic, and https://x.com/CardmarketMagic shall be notified on the platform on which they posted their winning submission and asked to provide their Cardmarket account. If a winner does not provide a valid Cardmarket account within 4 hours of being notified, another winner may be chosen at random from among all remaining submissions on this platform in the same manner described above. Winners selected via https://insight.cardmarket.com/en/Insight/Articles/gatherers-tavern-tarkir-giveaway shall be notified via email to the email address connected to their Cardmarket account.

(3) Each prize shall be shipped to the primary shipping address a winner has listed on their Cardmarket account within three months of the conclusion of the participation period. Winners shall be notified of shipping status updates via email to the email address connected to their Cardmarket account.

(4) Payment of any prize in cash, in kind, its exchange or transfer to other persons or accounts is not possible.

(5) The organizer may identify winners by username on the organizer's website and/or on the organizer's social media channels.

§ 4 Exclusion from the competition

The organizer may exclude from the competition certain participants who violate these conditions of participation or who attempt to influence the competition or the draw with the help of technical manipulation without notice or explanation. In such a case, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

§ 5 Exclusion of warranty

The organizer points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.

§ 6 Liability

(1) The following exclusions and limitations of liability shall apply to the liability of the organizer for damages, irrespective of any other legal obligations regarding claims.

(2) The organizer shall be liable without limitation insofar as the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.

(3) Furthermore, the organizer shall be liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations the fulfillment of which is essential to the proper implementation of the competition and on the compliance with which the contractual partners regularly rely. In this case, however, the organizer shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The organizer shall not be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those specified previously.

(4) The above limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb, or health, for a defect following the assumption of guarantees regarding the quality of a product, and in the event of fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

(5) Insofar as the liability of the organizer is excluded or limited, this shall also apply to the personal liability of employees, representatives, and vicarious agents of the organizer.

§ 7 Data protection information

(1) The organizer collects and uses the data of the participants only insofar as this is legally permitted or the participants consent to it.

(2) The organizer collects the following data from participants and uses the data for the design, implementation, and execution of the competition: usernames and/or email addresses as well as choice of Abzan, Jeskai, Mardu, Sultai, or Temur.

(3) Upon request in writing or any text form, participants can at any time receive from the organizer information about personal data stored by the organizer, can request correction and deletion, and can revoke consent to data use.
