Over the past year we have revisited and restructured our Powerseller system. Traditionally this was a milestone sellers could reach on Cardmarket, a title that was awarded but rarely withdrawn. It was always about highlighting the most active, most professional, and most outstanding sellers. However, as we accumulated more and more Powersellers over time, this inflation naturally devalued the status. More than eighteen years since the inception of Cardmarket, it also became clear that of course not all sellers maintain the same level of dedication for decades.
The New Powerseller System
Our new system limits the number of Powersellers to a nice round 100, the very cream of the current crop. Going forward only 100 businesses can have Powerseller status on Cardmarket at a time. We now award this title on an annual basis, based on several criteria: We consider excellent customer service and perfect compliance with all legal business obligations. We take into account the number and volume of sales to select those who have demonstrated a capability to serve the Cardmarket community at scale. We also factor in location so that as many Cardmarket users as possible can find a Powerseller in their region. To be clear: This means it does not reflect badly on any seller's work if they aren't included.
However, making it into the elect group of 100 Powersellers is an outstanding accomplishment! If you're curious to see who made the cut for 2026, feel free to jump ahead to the list below. But we also want to take a moment to stress this is an achievement that deserves to be celebrated in style.
An Award for Excellence
The 2026 Powersellers can expect to receive a digital badge to incorporate into their posts, website, letterhead, et cetera. But they can look forward to a real, physical trophy to commemorate the achievement, too, and to a proper Powerseller certificate! (All three pictured at the top of this page.)
We're also working on special Powerseller playmats. You may soon see all of these items appear in Powerseller stores and offices all over Europe and of course at vendor booths when Powersellers work an event. We know that many take pride in their Powerseller status, as they can and should. So we want our Powersellers to have something tangible to put on display, a token to thank them for the invaluable service they provide to the TCG community.
