Tommi Böttge

Tommi joined Cardmarket in 2011 as the second full-time employee. As a developer he spearheaded countless initiatives over the years and oversaw the formation of a proper IT department at the company—a department that has grown to more than 25 people and that Tommi has officially been heading since 2020.

Tommi first fell in love with trading card games as a player of Decipher's Lord of the Rings TCG, followed by the World of Warcraft TCG. For his many community contributions, the latter game even named a card in his honor. Nowadays he is an avid player of Disney's Lorcana. When not managing IT projects or slinging cards, he also enjoys heavy Euro games.
